Gary Warwick arguably the worlds top mask maker with over 40 years of experience is making his famous designs using Air force specified 3D woven carbon fiber.

Each mask is vacuum molded to guarantee uniform epoxy resin saturation. This eliminates the possibility of voids in the shell's carbon fiber-Kevlar skeleton. The shell is cut by computer aided water jets to ensure precision and maintain strength.
